The Migr'hycar consortium is carefully honed to meet project objectives and comprises modelling technology developers, researchers with long-standing experience of hydrocarbon physicochemical behaviour, engineering consultants liaising closely with local and regional authorities, two water intake operators directly concerned with project-related issues and well experienced in applying protective warning systems, and a major player in the oil industry. The consortium has therefore the expertise required to develop a surface-water risk monitoring and prevention system against oil spillage contamination.
